FIM is seeking a spiritually mature leader to provide care, counseling, oversight, and accountability for missionaries serving worldwide. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or higher in theology, pastoral care, missions, or counseling, as well as a minimum of five years of hands-on experience as a field missionary, pastor, or biblical counselor. On-site work from FIM’s office in Allentown PA is required.
