Partnership Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary, strategic Partnership Manager to expand our ecosystem of influence. This is a self-sponsored position designed for a kingdom-minded professional who wishes to seed their time and expertise into a thriving ministry. You will drive our growth by building alliances, networking with leaders, and securing funding.

Key Responsibilities

·         Partner Identification: Scout and evaluate potential corporate, ministry, and educational partners who align with our mission.

·         Strategic Networking: Represent the institute at virtual or local events to build high-level relationships with Kingdom executives.

·         Funding & Donor Relations: Identify, pitch, and secure grants, sponsorships, and donor funding to fuel the institute’s projects.

·         Relationship Management: Nurture existing partnerships through regular updates, impact reports, and collaborative meetings.

Academic qualifications

·         Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

·         Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnerships.

·         Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to persuade and build trust.

·         Negotiation: Ability to close fair deals that protect company interests.

·         Analytical Skills: Good capability to read data, track ROI, and adjust strategies.

Minimum Requirements

·         Calling & Character: A deep spiritual maturity and a clear calling to support Kingdom advancement without immediate financial compensation.

·         Proven Experience: Background in business development, fundraising, public relations, or relationship management.

·         High-Level Communication: Masterful networking, pitching, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

·         Self-Motivation: A highly organized self-starter capable of managing pipelines independently.
