October 28 | Church Mission Leaders Peer-2-Peer Virtual Gathering
Carlos Negrón of Missio Nexus and Matthew Ellison of 16:15 will be joined by special guests Jake Embleton and Judy Cochran for a conversation on Churches Together to Reach the Unreached: Regional Missions Coalitions.
Around the world, churches are discovering that collaboration multiplies impact. No single congregation can reach every people group or every corner of the 10/40 Window, yet many are finding that when they work together in regional networks, their shared strengths create new possibilities. Pooling vision, resources, relationships, and experience allows churches to do what they could never do alone.
But forming a healthy coalition takes more than enthusiasm. Churches must navigate differing philosophies, expectations, timelines, and communication styles. Many leaders wonder how to initiate this kind of collaboration, how to keep it aligned, and how to ensure it remains focused on the unreached rather than being swallowed by logistics.
In this discussion, we will explore how regional missions coalitions are forming, what makes them effective, and how churches can participate in partnerships that are both relational and strategic. We will look at the practical steps that help churches move from isolated effort to shared vision and collective impact, all for the sake of the unreached.
