What are Field Leaders Tables?
Grounded, sharpened and connected
Each Table brings together 4–6 leaders from different agencies to meet regularly for focused, guided conversations that address the real challenges of leadership on the field.
Rooted in trust and mutual support, these groups create a safe space to process decisions, share insights and grow together, helping leaders stay grounded, sharpened and connected in the midst of demanding roles.
Meeting schedule. Tables meet weekly for the first eight weeks, then move to a monthly meeting.
