About this event
Leading 10X Bigger is a 1-week executive level training for women whose leadership platform is expanding.
As your leadership responsibilities increase, so does your need for practical skills and spiritual depth. Join us for a week of building your competence, confidence, and abilities in close community with other women leaders. Participants will be equipped to set direction, lead change, build a team, serve as a spokesperson, and lead up—while remaining deeply connected to the Lord. They will build confidence and establish tracks to run on for the next season, including a development plan and action points from their own reflection time.
“You can’t do big like you did small.” Those were the words my pastor’s wife spoke as she described the transition from a small rural church to a much larger community church. And that is the challenge for leaders as their leadership responsibilities increase. How do you make the adjustments to the new realities? What must change? What must stay the same or increase? Sessions will include:
What changes at the next level of leadership?
- Generalist/specialist tensions
- Leading up, across, and out
- Gaining support
Thinking & Acting Differently
- Setting Direction and Leading Change
- Building the team
- Serving as spokesperson
Self-Leadership
- Impact on decisions, priorities, schedule & relationships
- Managing your own transition and others
- Staying fueled
Heart Capacity
- Self-doubt & impostor syndrome
- Keeping a tender heart toward the Lord and others
- Humility, integrity, and courage
In each section, we will also discuss the unique challenges women in leadership may face.
