DIGITAL MANAGEMENT VOLUNTEER

We are currently accepting applications for a spirit-led, detail-oriented Digital Management Volunteer to oversee our online sanctuary.

 

Role Overview

The successful candidate will manage, curate, and grow our digital footprint across our Christian blog and social media platforms, ensuring our message of Kingdom leadership reaches and inspires a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

·         Content Management: Schedule, format, and publish weekly articles on the institute’s Christian blog, optimizing for basic readability and SEO.

·         Social Media Oversight: Maintain an active, visually cohesive presence across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).

·         Community Engagement: Monitor comments, direct messages, and prayer requests, responding with grace, professionalism, and spiritual maturity.

·         Growth Analytics: Track weekly engagement metrics to understand what content resonates most with our community.

Academic qualifications

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·         Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

Minimum Requirements

·         Faith Alignment: A strong, active Christian faith and deep alignment with the vision of Kingdom-minded leadership.

·         Digital Literacy: Proven familiarity with social media management tools and content management systems (like WordPress).

·         Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for tone and grammar.

·         Basic Design: Experience using Canva or similar tools to create clean, engaging digital graphics.

·         Commitment: Ability to dedicate 3–5 hours per day remotely.
