International Bible Institute Director

The WORLD REACH International Bible Institute Director is a career missionary with WORLD REACH and leads our Bible Institute programs currently operating in Latin America, Africa & South Asia. The position reports directly to the CEO. Our Bible Institute partners with local overseas churches to provide biblical, theological, and practical leadership training to national pastors, aspiring pastors, and other church leaders. The goal is to equip church leadership to develop healthy and reproducing churches. Students are generally trained over a 3-year period.

This position works closely with our Bible Institute Regional Directors of Colombia, Peru, Central American/Caribbean, and Africa to schedule, develop, and conduct training of students at our current Bible Institute sites and to explore and adopt new Bible Institute sites.

This position helps raise financial support for the Bible Institute program.

Qualifications include:  Bachelors or Masters Degree in Bible/Theology; passion for training national pastors and church leaders; experience in missions and ministry; excellent administrative, organizational and leadership skills; ability to raise personal financial support; works well with others; bilingual preferred – English and Spanish.
